2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns or sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
