2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will work 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely and report product quality and safety issues.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently following company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to collaborate, demonstrate a positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Efficient organization and execution skills.
• Basic arithmetic, communication, and teamwork abilities.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
