2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a pivotal part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are received, organized, and delivered efficiently to our stores for our customers' satisfaction. We offer a part-time position with fewer than 30 hours per week, starting at a competitive hourly wage of $25.75.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines for efficient organization.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide feedback for process improvement.
• Interact effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership for seamless operations.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
• Assist in achieving warehouse goals by performing tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment.
