2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differentials.

Shifts

• Schedule A1: Wednesday to Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Friday to Tuesday, with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Working two out of every three weekends.
• Schedule C: Working every other weekend.
• Schedule D: Monday to Friday, with weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to process improvements.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
