2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Detail-Oriented 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's dynamic team. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM, and various scheduling options are available to suit your needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Job Qualifications:

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates quality concern, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Interprets policies, communicates effectively, and works well in a team.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment in varied environments.
