Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of merchandise within the warehouse, preparing orders for store deliveries, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
