2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at ALDI. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week, with the opportunity for advancement. Starting wages range from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule.

Shift Information

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM start time)

Schedules:

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday
• Schedule B: Every other weekend
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday - Friday

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock efficiently
• Relocate merchandise as needed
• Prepare merchandise for shipment
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness and safety
• Participate in inventory counts
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership
• Provide input for process improvement

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and teamwork
• Positive attitude and resilience
• Drive for success and efficiency
• Basic arithmetic skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds
• Operate powered industrial equipment
• Work in varying temperatures
