2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a key role in receiving, relocating, sorting, and loading merchandise to fulfill store orders efficiently. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and address any concerns.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
