2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with team members and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures.
