2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This part-time role involves receiving and selecting stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety. The starting wage is $25.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise based on handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.
• Provide input for process improvement and product quality assurance.
• Operate equipment safely and follow warehouse procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, and walk throughout the warehouse.
