2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Aldi is currently seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join their team on a full-time basis. This position offers up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. The role involves selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise within the warehouse, loading/unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Exhibits drive for success and organizational efficiency.
• Good communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting up to 45 pounds and operating industrial equipment.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments.
