2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing incoming and outgoing stock, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and contributing to overall warehouse productivity. You must be detail-oriented, able to work in varying temperatures, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise in preparation for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
