2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

Join Aldi as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler and be a part of our warehouse operations ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. This part-time role offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week and starts with a competitive wage of $25.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Cooperate with peers and communicate effectively with warehouse leadership.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and provide input for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with good communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
