Job Description

Aldi is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our dynamic warehouse operations team. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality products. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, participating in essential warehouse tasks while upholding our safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality control.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills and excellent communication abilities.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and atmospheric conditions.
