2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and report issues.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality and safety.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
• Detail-oriented with basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and work in varying temperatures.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
