Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our organization, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, manage personnel, and ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise job activities of direct reports to optimize productivity.
• Oversee daily receiving, selection, and shipping of products to stores.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries for compliance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports.
• Model company values to foster teamwork and employee engagement.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Provide recommendations to improve warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll to optimize efficiency.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrated ability in Positive Attitude & Resilience, Develops Others, Drives for Success, Leads and Aligns, Sustains High Performance, Takes Ownership, Thinks Critically and Resolves Problems, and Collaboration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to interpret company policies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
