2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dedicated team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure customer satisfaction. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will receive thorough training and support to succeed in your role.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and within company procedures.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds on pallets.
• Move merchandise and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
• Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
