Join our team as a Part-Time Warehouse Associate at Aldi's 2nd Shift! Our warehouse associates play a vital role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. You will work in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring that our customers receive the best quality products. Position Details

• Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $25.75 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
