Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, relocating merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members to ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in line with product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
