2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As an essential member of the warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and management to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older to be considered for employment.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
