2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. This position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $22.75 to $28.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. The 2nd Shift starts at 3:00 PM and offers several schedule options to suit your preferences.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards and safety.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Follow safety guidelines and report product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently to support warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures, hot and cold, and walk throughout the warehouse.
