Title: 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)

Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday - Sunday, Mon & Tue off
• Schedule A2: Friday - Tuesday, Wed & Thu off
• Schedule B: Rotating Sat & Sun, 2 weekdays off
• Schedule C: Alternating weekends Sat & Sun, 2 weekdays off
• Schedule D: Mon - Fri, Sat & Sun off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Selects and receives stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise strategically.
• Sorts, loads, unloads, and cleans warehouse.
• Participates in inventory and communicates effectively.
• Provides input for process improvement.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 lbs, move merchandise, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
