2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment efficiently and accurately. You will collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per product handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and quality standards.
• Independently make decisions to achieve budgeted goals.
• Work efficiently within company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older to work at ALDI.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures and operating powered industrial equipment.
