2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. This position offers a starting wage of up to $22.75 - $28.75 per hour and various schedules to accommodate different needs.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and relocate incoming stock.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and budget goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
