2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and requires working various schedules, including weekends and weekdays. The role involves receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Contribute to process improvement.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
