2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As part of the warehouse crew, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling of merchandise and maintaining warehouse standards to meet our customers' needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to uphold warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow safety guidelines, report issues, perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
