Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling orders, handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating with team members and leadership. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Prepare and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Inspect and report on product quality and safety.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Organized, efficient, and adheres to company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
