2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 2nd Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate stock processing and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Conduct inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Inspect product quality and contribute to achieving budget goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Flexible to work in varying temperatures and shifts.
