1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores to ensure our customers receive top-quality goods. Training programs and safety measures are in place to equip our employees with the necessary skills for success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and uphold quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and operate equipment in varying temperatures.
