1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores, ensuring our customers receive top-quality goods. You will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our efficient and dedicated teams.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Efficiently organizes and executes tasks with attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
