1st Shift Warehouse Worker

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Worker to join Aldi's team. As a full-time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour based on shift differentials. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older to be employed at Aldi.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
