1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. In this part-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a valued member of our warehouse team, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of quality and safety through your daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise to prepare for shipment as well as maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and moving products up to 45 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
