1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $20.75 to $26.75 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Team Member, your primary responsibilities will include selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading items for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
