1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time team member, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, performing inventory counts, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Participate in inventory counts and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds, operate warehouse equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
