1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a team member, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. If you are detail-oriented, able to work both independently and with a team, and have excellent communication skills, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning tasks to maintain warehouse standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate with colleagues and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to adapt, collaborate, and positively contribute to a team environment.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and efficiency in tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.
