1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers an average of 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on shift and schedule differential pay. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and notify management of any issues.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical demands.
