Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated First Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our customers. Our warehouse operations are vital to meeting the needs of our growing customer base. As a warehouse team member, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas and receive comprehensive training to excel in your responsibilities.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $23.75 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Handle merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Organize, sort, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain warehouse cleanliness.
• Collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse management for effective operations.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Ensure product quality, safety, and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
