Job Title: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance and safety standards.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Acts conscientiously, collaborates, demonstrates positive attitude, drives for success, organizes efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise from warehouse stock and prepare for delivery.
• Stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk.
• Work in varying temperatures and use powered industrial equipment.
