1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards. Your role will involve collaborating with peers and warehouse leadership, actively participating in inventory counts, and contributing to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and prepare merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements and product quality assessments.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret policies, communicate effectively, and work efficiently.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
