Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our growing team at Aldi. As a vital part of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise in compliance with handling guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise strategically for shipment and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvements and quality control.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
