1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a member of the warehouse staff, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate and organize merchandise following warehouse guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and assist in unloading incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment.
