Job Description

We are currently looking to hire a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in receiving stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive incoming stock and fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipments.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks and participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, perform basic arithmetic, pay attention to detail, and work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
