Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in handling stock efficiently, maintaining warehouse standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and alert management to any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks with or without accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse and for deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
