1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Organize and relocate merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment and deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic guidelines.
• Perform tasks accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
