1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join ALDI's team. This is a full-time position with 30-35 hours per week and a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and participating in inventory counts. Additionally, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership, provide input to improve processes, and ensure product quality and safety compliance.

Shift Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday
• Schedule B: Rotating weekends
• Schedule C: Every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday

Job Qualifications

Minimum Age: 18 years

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements

Lifting up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, standing, bending, reaching, operating industrial equipment
