Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join Aldi. As part of our team, you will play a key role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse operates smoothly. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
