1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our dynamic team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week and starting wages ranging from $21.00 to $25.00 per hour based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a warehouse team member, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.

• Ability to make decisions and maintain compliance with company standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
