Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member at Aldi! Our warehouse operations are vital to ensure products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our growing customer base. You will work part-time, with fewer than 30 hours per week, in a dynamic environment. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will be responsible for various duties such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise strategically, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating effectively with the team.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate and load merchandise strategically.
• Perform warehouse cleaning duties and maintain safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and operating industrial equipment.
