Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a team member, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Your contributions will help maintain warehouse standards and support overall productivity.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform cleaning and inventory tasks as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment is a plus.
