Position: 1st Shift Warehouse Team Member

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise for shipment.
• Performs general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperates and interacts effectively with peers and suppliers.
• Provides input to warehouse management to improve processes.
• Inspects product quality, safety concerns, and sanitation issues.
• Assists in achieving budgeted goals and follows company procedures.

Job Qualifications:

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientious behavior, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies, good communication skills, attention to detail, and work in a team environment.

Education and Experience:

- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

- Required to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Ability to operate powered industrial equipment and work in varying temperatures.
